In addition to her full time real estate career, Judy is a C.P.A, and has also earned a Masters in Tax at Depaul University in Chicago.  She doesn't practice accounting anymore, since real estate takes up all her time. She has an in-depth knowledge of  the tax implications of buying and selling your property for personal or investment use, including the capital gains tax, as well as the real estate and interest deductions.   Her financial expertise will help you in all facets of the transaction.
